Colby O'Donis, born on March fourteenth, nineteen eighty-nine, is an American singer-songwriter and actor, renowned for his contributions to the music industry. He gained significant recognition for his guest appearance on Lady Gaga's iconic 2008 single 'Just Dance,' which not only topped the Billboard Hot 100 but also spent over eleven months on the chart, ultimately achieving diamond certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.

Initially signed to Akon's KonLive Distribution label in two thousand seven, O'Donis was brought in to replace Akon on 'Just Dance' due to label conflicts. This collaboration marked a pivotal moment in his career, as he became a labelmate of Lady Gaga, further solidifying his presence in the music scene.

In two thousand eight, O'Donis released his debut studio album, 'Colby O,' through KonLive's partnership with Geffen Records.
