Cole Hocker

Cole Hocker, born on June sixth, two thousand one, is an exceptional American middle- and long-distance runner who has made a significant mark in the athletics world. He achieved remarkable success at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, where he clinched the gold medal in the 1500 meters, setting both an Olympic record and an area record with a stunning time of three minutes and twenty-seven point sixty-five seconds.

In addition to his Olympic triumph, Hocker showcased his prowess on the global stage by winning a world title in the 5000 meters at the 2025 World Championships held in Tokyo. He holds the North American record for the 1500 meter distance, as well as the short track 1500 meters and mile. Furthermore, he boasts the second-fastest time in history for the short track 3000 meters, clocking in at seven minutes and twenty-three point fourteen seconds.
