Colleen Sostorics

Colleen Sostorics, born on December seventeenth, nineteen seventy-nine, is a distinguished Canadian retired women's ice hockey defenseman and coach. Her illustrious career is marked by her significant contributions to the Canadian national team, where she showcased her exceptional skills on the ice.

Throughout her international career, Sostorics earned an impressive three Olympic gold medals, triumphing in Turin in two thousand two, Salt Lake City in two thousand six, and Vancouver in two thousand ten. Her prowess was further demonstrated at the Women's World Championships, where she played a pivotal role in securing three gold and three silver medals for Canada.

In addition to her Olympic and World Championship successes, Sostorics excelled at the Four Nations Cup, capturing five gold medals and one silver.
