Conan O'Brien

Conan O'Brien, born on April 18, 1963, in Brookline, Massachusetts, is a multifaceted American television host, comedian, and writer. Raised in an Irish Catholic family, he attended Harvard University, where he graduated with an AB degree in history and literature. During his time at Harvard, he served as president of The Harvard Lampoon, honing his comedic skills that would later define his career.

Before stepping into the limelight as a host, O'Brien made his mark as a writer for the iconic NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 1988 to 1991 and contributed to the beloved animated sitcom The Simpsons from 1991 to 1993. His big break came in 1993 when he was selected by Lorne Michaels to take over David Letterman's position as the host of Late Night with Conan O'Brien, a role he held for an impressive 16 years, earning a Primetime Emmy Award along the way.

In 2009, O'Brien transitioned to host The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, but after a brief stint of seven months, he faced a highly publicized network change.
