Connor Hellebuyck

Connor Hellebuyck, born on May nineteenth, nineteen ninety-three, is an accomplished American professional ice hockey player renowned for his role as a goaltender with the Winnipeg Jets in the National Hockey League (NHL). His journey began in the North American Hockey League, where he played for the Odessa Jackalopes before being drafted by the Jets in the fifth round, one hundred thirtieth overall, during the two thousand twelve NHL entry draft.

Hellebuyck honed his skills over two years with the UMass Lowell River Hawks, where he was honored with the inaugural Mike Richter Award, recognizing him as the top goaltender in college hockey. He transitioned to professional play in the two thousand fourteen to fifteen season, starting with the Jets' American Hockey League affiliate, the St. John's IceCaps.

By the two thousand sixteen to seventeen season, Hellebuyck had established himself as the starting goaltender for the Jets, quickly gaining recognition as one of the league's elite.
