Conor Coady

Conor Coady, born on February 25, 1993, is an accomplished English professional footballer who currently plays as a centre-back or defensive midfielder for EFL Championship club Charlton Athletic, on loan from Wrexham. His football journey began in the youth academy at Liverpool, where he made two appearances for the first team before embarking on a series of loan spells and permanent transfers that would shape his career.

In 2014, Coady made a permanent move to Huddersfield Town after a season on loan at Sheffield United. His career took a significant turn in 2015 when he signed with Wolverhampton Wanderers for a transfer fee of two million pounds. Over the next several years, he became a key player for Wolves, featuring in over three hundred matches and contributing to the club's triumph in the Championship during the 2017–18 season.

In the 2022–23 season, Coady was loaned to Everton, showcasing his versatility and experience in the Premier League.
