Coralie Balmy, born on June second, nineteen eighty-seven, in La Trinité, Martinique, is a distinguished French freestyle swimmer known for her remarkable achievements in the pool. She first made waves in the swimming world at the 2008 European Aquatics Championships held in Eindhoven, where she clinched her first senior title as part of the victorious 4 × 200 m relay freestyle team. Balmy also showcased her individual prowess by securing a silver medal in the 400 m freestyle, clocking an impressive time of four minutes and four point fifteen seconds, ranking her as the fourth fastest in history behind the legendary Federica Pellegrini.
