Oschkenat's accolades extend beyond the Olympics and World Championships. She clinched the title of World Indoor champion in the 60 m hurdles in nineteen eighty-seven and achieved two World Cup titles in the 100 m hurdles. In nineteen eighty-eight, she set a world indoor record for the 50 metres hurdles with a time of six point fifty-eight seconds, a record that remains unbroken as of two thousand nineteen.
