Criss Angel

Christopher Nicholas Sarantakos, widely recognized as Criss Angel, was born on December 19, 1967. An American magician, illusionist, and musician, Angel has captivated audiences with his extraordinary talents. He began his career in the vibrant streets of New York City before establishing himself in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. His groundbreaking television show, Criss Angel Mindfreak, along with the spectacular stage performance Criss Angel MINDFREAK LIVE! at the Luxor casino, solidified his status as a leading figure in the world of magic.

After a remarkable decade at The Luxor, Angel transitioned to the Criss Angel Theater at Planet Hollywood, where he launched a new iteration of his MINDFREAK show. His influence extends beyond live performances; he has produced and starred in several television series, including Criss Angel's Magic with the Stars on CW and Criss Angel BeLIEve on Spike TV. His innovative approach to magic has earned him numerous accolades, including the title of Magician of the Decade in two thousand nine and Magician of the Century in two thousand ten from the International Magicians Society.

In addition to his magical prowess, Angel is also a talented musician, having led the industrial band Angeldust, which released five albums. His contributions to the entertainment industry have not gone unnoticed; in two thousand seventeen, he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and in two thousand nineteen, Vanish magazine recognized him as the "Greatest of All Time." Furthermore, he authored the book Mindfreak: Secret Revelations, sharing insights into his life and craft.
