David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, is an American singer-songwriter born on March 28, 2005, in New York City. His journey into music began at his mother's suggestion, aimed at avoiding copyright strikes on his Fortnite gameplay montages. This creative pivot led him to explore his musical talents, resulting in a unique sound that resonates with a growing audience.

In 2022, D4vd gained significant attention with the release of his singles 'Here with Me' and 'Romantic Homicide', both of which became viral hits on TikTok. This newfound popularity paved the way for him to secure a record deal with Darkroom and Interscope Records, marking a pivotal moment in his burgeoning career.

Following a series of releases in 2023, D4vd launched two extended plays, 'Petals to Thorns' and 'The Lost Petals', with the former achieving chart success in five regions.
