Da-Wen Sun

Da-Wen Sun, born on December eighteenth, nineteen sixty, is a distinguished engineer and university teacher specializing in food engineering at University College Dublin. His academic journey has been marked by a commitment to advancing the field of food science and technology.

Professor Sun's expertise is recognized globally, as he is an Academician of six prestigious academies, including the Royal Irish Academy, Academia Europaea, and the Polish Academy of Sciences. His contributions to the field have earned him a respected position among his peers.
