Dagfinn Høybråten

Dagfinn Høybråten, born on December second, nineteen fifty-seven, is a prominent Norwegian politician known for his extensive contributions to the Christian Democratic Party. He served as the party's leader from two thousand four to two thousand eleven and was elected as a Member of Parliament representing Rogaland in two thousand five, where he also held the position of Parliamentary leader.

His political career includes significant roles such as Vice President of the Norwegian Parliament from two thousand eleven to two thousand thirteen and President of the Nordic Council in two thousand seven. Høybråten took a leave from his parliamentary duties in March two thousand thirteen to become the Secretary General of the Nordic Council of Ministers, showcasing his commitment to regional cooperation.
