Dakota Kai

Dakota Kai, born on May sixth, nineteen eighty-eight, is a prominent New Zealand professional wrestler and graphic designer. Known for her dynamic performances, she has made a significant impact on the wrestling scene, particularly during her time with WWE, where she adopted the ring name Dakota Kai.

Before her WWE journey began in two thousand sixteen, she wrestled under the name Evie, showcasing her talent in various promotions. Her early career included appearances in Impact Pro Wrestling in New Zealand, Pro Wrestling Women's Alliance in Australia, and notable American promotions such as Shimmer Women Athletes and Shine Wrestling. Additionally, she made her mark in Japan with Pro Wrestling Zero1 and World Wonder Ring Stardom.

In WWE, Dakota Kai quickly rose to prominence, participating in the Mae Young Classic and later joining the NXT brand. She became the inaugural winner of the Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and held the title of NXT Women's Tag Team Champion twice alongside Raquel Gonzalez, solidifying her status in the wrestling world.

After a brief release from WWE in April twenty twenty-two, she made a triumphant return in July of the same year, joining the main roster and becoming part of the stable Damage CTRL. During this time, she captured the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship twice with Iyo Sky. However, her journey took another turn when she was released from WWE in May twenty twenty-five.
