Dalton Tagelagi

Dalton Tagelagi, born on June fifth, nineteen sixty-eight, is a prominent Niuean politician and skilled bowls player. He has been serving as the sixth and current prime minister of Niue since June two thousand twenty, marking a significant chapter in his political career.

His journey to leadership began when he was elected premier by the Niue Legislative Assembly on June eleventh, two thousand twenty. In a closely contested election, Tagelagi triumphed over O'Love Jacobsen, securing thirteen votes to seven, showcasing his strong support within the assembly.
