Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Daniel-Jérémie Décarie

Daniel-Jérémie Décarie was a prominent Canadian politician born on March twentieth, eighteen thirty-six, in Montreal. He was the son of Jérémie Descary and Apolline Gougeon, who instilled in him the values of public service and community engagement.

In eighteen ninety-seven, Décarie made his mark on the political landscape by being elected to the Legislative Assembly of Quebec, representing the electoral district of Hochelaga. As a member of the Liberal Party, he quickly gained the trust of his constituents, leading to his re-election in eighteen hundred without opposition in the following election.

Tragically, Décarie's political career was cut short when he passed away in office in eighteen hundred four. His contributions to Quebec's political scene were honored posthumously, and he was laid to rest at the Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery in Montreal. His legacy continued through his son, Jérémie-Louis Décarie, who also served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly in Quebec.
