Daniel Ricciardo, born on July first, nineteen eighty-nine, is a celebrated Australian racing automobile driver, renowned for his dynamic career in Formula One from two thousand eleven to two thousand twenty-four. Known affectionately as 'the Honey Badger', Ricciardo has etched his name in the annals of motorsport history with eight Grand Prix victories over a remarkable fourteen-season tenure.

Raised in Perth by Italian-Australian parents, Ricciardo's passion for racing ignited at the tender age of nine when he began competitive karting. His journey through the ranks saw him graduate to junior formulae in two thousand five, where he made his debut in the regional Formula Ford championship. His talent shone brightly as he clinched his first title in the two thousand eight Formula Renault 2.0 WEC and followed it up with a championship win in the two thousand nine British Formula 3 Championship.

Ricciardo's ascent continued as he entered Formula Renault 3.5, finishing as runner-up in his rookie season. He made his Formula One debut at the two thousand eleven British Grand Prix with HRT, stepping in for Narain Karthikeyan.
