Danny Kent

Danny Kent, born on November twenty-fifth, nineteen ninety-three, is a distinguished English motorcycle racer celebrated for his remarkable achievement in winning the 2015 Moto3 World Championship. This victory marked a significant milestone in British motorsport, as he became the first Grand Prix solo motorcycle world champion from Great Britain since Barry Sheene in nineteen seventy-seven, and the first British lightweight class champion since Dave Simmonds in nineteen sixty-nine.

In two thousand twenty, Kent showcased his skills in the British National Superstock one thousand Championship, riding a Kawasaki ZX-10R. The following year, he transitioned to the British Superbike Championship, competing aboard a Suzuki GSX-R1000R. Unfortunately, his season was cut short due to a crash in August two thousand twenty-one, resulting in a dislocated and broken hip.

Despite the setback, Kent continued to pursue his passion for racing. In two thousand twenty-two, he remained with Buildbase Suzuki, and in two thousand twenty-three, he joined a new BSB team established by his personal sponsor, where he served as the sole rider on a Honda. His perseverance paid off when he won his first British superbike race at the final round of the two thousand twenty-four season.

Looking ahead, Kent has signed with the Mar-Train team for two thousand twenty-four, with McAMS as their title sponsor, and has already committed to the two thousand twenty-five season, indicating his dedication to the sport and his ambition to achieve further success.
