Daria Gaiazova, a talented cross-country skier, was born on December twenty-fourth, nineteen eighty-three, in Russia. In nineteen ninety-nine, she relocated with her family to Montreal, Canada, where she began her journey in competitive skiing.

Since her debut in two thousand one, Gaiazova has made significant strides in the sport. She achieved notable placements, including seventh in the team sprint, sixteenth in the 4 x 5 km relay, twenty-second in the individual sprint, and forty-second in the 7.5 km + 7.5 km double pursuit events. Her performance at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Sapporo in two thousand seven marked her best finish in the relay event, where she placed sixteenth.

In two thousand nine, Gaiazova reached her peak individual performance with a twenty-eighth place finish in the individual sprint at the championships held in Liberec. Throughout her career, she has also recorded her best World Cup finishes, achieving twelfth place on three occasions in sprint events since two thousand five.
