Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Darren Rumble

Darren Rumble, born on January twenty-third, nineteen sixty-nine, is a distinguished Canadian ice hockey coach and former professional player. His career in the National Hockey League (NHL) saw him don the jerseys of the Philadelphia Flyers, Ottawa Senators, St. Louis Blues, and Tampa Bay Lightning. However, it was in the minor leagues where he truly made his mark, earning the prestigious Eddie Shore Award in nineteen ninety-seven as the best defenceman in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Rumble's most notable achievement came in two thousand four when he celebrated a Stanley Cup victory with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Following his retirement from professional play later that same year, he transitioned into coaching, beginning as an assistant coach with the Springfield Falcons in the AHL.

In two thousand eight, Rumble took the helm as head coach of the Norfolk Admirals, a position he held until January two thousand ten. His coaching journey continued as he took on various roles in the minor leagues, including head coach of the Moncton Wildcats in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and the Owen Sound Attack in the Ontario Hockey League.
