Dave Baksh

Dave Baksh, born on July twenty-six, nineteen eighty, is a talented Canadian musician renowned for his exceptional skills as a guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is widely recognized as the lead guitarist of the iconic rock band Sum 41, where he has made a significant impact on the music scene with his unique sound and style.

In two thousand six, Baksh made the bold decision to leave Sum 41 to explore his own musical journey, which led to the formation of his heavy metal and reggae project, Brown Brigade. Although he made a guest appearance with Sum 41 in two thousand eight, it wasn't until two thousand fifteen that he officially rejoined the band, contributing to three studio albums that showcased his evolved artistry.

Beyond his work with Sum 41, Baksh has collaborated with various artists and bands, including playing guitar for Organ Thieves alongside fellow Brown Brigade members. He is also a current member of the Canadian deathpunk band Black Cat Attack, further diversifying his musical repertoire.

In two thousand nineteen, he co-founded Loud & Immortal, a merchandise company that reflects his entrepreneurial spirit. Known for his shred guitar style, Baksh's solos are infused with the flair of heavy metal, which has been noted by Loudwire as a perfect complement to Sum 41's streamlined sound.
