David de la Fuente

David de la Fuente, born on May fourth, nineteen eighty-one, is a distinguished Spanish professional road bicycle racer. Currently, he rides for the UCI Continental team Aviludo–Louletano–Loulé, where he continues to showcase his exceptional talent and dedication to the sport.

De la Fuente gained significant recognition during the 2006 Tour de France, where he led the mountains classification for several stages. His remarkable performance allowed him to don the coveted Polka Dot jersey after stage two and again after stage eleven, a testament to his climbing prowess.
