David Haye

David Haye, born on October thirteenth, nineteen eighty, is a distinguished British former professional boxer whose career spanned from two thousand two to two thousand eighteen. He made a significant mark in the boxing world by holding the unified and the Ring magazine cruiserweight championship from two thousand seven to two thousand eight, as well as the WBA heavyweight title from two thousand nine to two thousand eleven.

Before turning professional, Haye showcased his talent as an amateur, becoming the first British boxer to reach the final of the World Championships, where he earned a silver medal in two thousand one. His prowess in the ring earned him recognition, as he was ranked by BoxRec as the world's number one cruiserweight from two thousand five to two thousand seven, and he also made the top ten rankings in two thousand three and two thousand four.

Haye's legacy is further solidified by his unique achievement of being one of only three boxers in history, alongside Evander Holyfield and Oleksandr Usyk, to unify the cruiserweight world titles and ascend to the heavyweight championship.
