David Shulkin

David Shulkin, born on July 22, 1959, is a distinguished American physician known for his significant contributions to healthcare and public service. He held the esteemed position of United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs from 2017 to 2018, serving under President Donald Trump. Prior to this role, he was the Under Secretary of Veterans Affairs for Health from 2015 to 2017, a position he assumed during President Barack Obama's administration.

Shulkin's tenure as Secretary was marked by his commitment to improving the healthcare services provided to veterans.
