Den Harrow, born on June fourth, nineteen sixty-two, is a notable figure in the Italo disco music scene, recognized for his chart-topping hits across Continental Europe during the latter half of the nineteen eighties. The project was brought to life by the creative minds of producers Roberto Turatti and Miki Chieregato, who drew inspiration from the Italian word for money, 'denaro.'
While the face of Den Harrow was portrayed by male model Stefano Zandri, it was American singer Tom Hooker who lent his vocal talents to the majority of the tracks. This collaboration led to a series of successful releases that captivated audiences and defined a genre.
Despite the glamorous image presented by Zandri, it was later disclosed that he did not perform any of the vocals on the Den Harrow hits. Instead, Hooker was the true voice behind the music, co-writing and performing the songs that became synonymous with the Den Harrow name.
