Denis Alibec, born on January fifth, nineteen ninety-one, is a prominent Romanian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Liga I club Farul Constanța. His journey in football began at Farul Constanța, where he started his senior career.
At the young age of eighteen, Alibec made a significant move to the Italian club Inter Milan. However, his time there was marked by limited opportunities, as he made only two appearances in Serie A and was subsequently loaned out multiple times. Eventually, he returned to Romania, joining Astra Giurgiu, where he established himself as a regular starter and a key goalscorer, contributing to the club's historic first national title in the 2015–16 season.
In two thousand seventeen, Alibec returned to his former youth team, FCSB, but after a brief stint of one and a half years, he made the decision to transfer back to Astra Giurgiu. Since two thousand twenty, he has also had short spells playing in Turkey, Greece, and Qatar, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in various leagues.
On the international stage, Alibec has represented Romania at under-17, under-19, and under-21 levels. He earned his full debut in October two thousand fifteen during a match against the Faroe Islands, which ended in a three-nil victory for Romania. Alibec has also had the honor of representing his country in two UEFA European Championships, in two thousand sixteen and two thousand twenty-four.
