Derrick Ng, born on September twenty-first, nineteen eighty-seven, is a distinguished badminton player hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia. Renowned for his exceptional skills, he has achieved the remarkable feat of being the top-ranked men's doubles player in North America, consistently demonstrating his prowess in major international competitions.

Since two thousand ten, Derrick has made a significant mark in the badminton world, securing numerous national and international titles in both men's and mixed doubles. His dedication to the sport is evident in his impressive record as the current National champion in men's doubles, a title he has held for six consecutive years.

In addition to his accomplishments on the court, Derrick is deeply rooted in the badminton community. He is the Head Coach at Bellevue Badminton Club, where he continues to inspire and mentor aspiring players. His passion for the sport is shared within his family, as his older brother, Toby Ng, is also a celebrated badminton player and a professional coach at the same club.
