Derrick White

Derrick White, born on July second, nineteen ninety-four, is an accomplished American professional basketball player currently showcasing his talents with the Boston Celtics in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Known affectionately by his teammates as 'the Buffalo' or 'the Swiss Army Knife,' White has made a significant impact on the court with his versatile playing style.

White's basketball journey began at the collegiate level, where he spent three years playing for the Colorado–Colorado Springs Mountain Lions in Division II. He later transferred to the University of Colorado, where he played his final year with the Colorado Buffaloes in Division I, further honing his skills and preparing for a professional career.

In the 2017 NBA draft, White was selected as the twenty-ninth overall pick by the San Antonio Spurs.
