Desmond Armstrong

Desmond Armstrong, born on November second, nineteen sixty-four, is a distinguished American former soccer player and coach, known for his versatility on the field as both a defender and midfielder. His career with the United States national team spanned from nineteen eighty-seven to nineteen ninety-four, during which he made significant contributions to the growth of soccer in the country.

Armstrong's professional journey included three seasons in the Major Indoor Soccer League, a stint in the Brazilian First Division, and two seasons each in the American Professional Soccer League and the United States Interregional Soccer League.
