Despina Stratigakos

Despina Stratigakos, born in nineteen sixty-three, is a distinguished Canadian-born architectural historian and writer. With a profound expertise in architecture, she has made significant contributions to the field through her teaching and research.

Currently serving as a SUNY Distinguished Professor of architecture at the University at Buffalo, Stratigakos has also held the esteemed position of vice provost. Her academic journey reflects a commitment to exploring the intersections of architecture and history.
