Born Page Joseph Falkinburg Jr. on April 5, 1956, Diamond Dallas Page, often referred to as DDP, is a multifaceted American fitness instructor, actor, and retired professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE under a Legends contract, where he continues to inspire fans with his dynamic persona and fitness philosophy.
Page's journey in the wrestling world began in 1979, where he initially participated in three matches. After a brief retirement due to a knee injury, he returned to the ring as a manager in the American Wrestling Association in 1988. His career took a significant turn in 1991 when he joined WCW, transitioning from manager to wrestler later that same year. Over his illustrious career in WCW, Page achieved remarkable success, becoming a three-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion and earning the title of the fourth WCW Triple Crown Champion.
Following the sale of WCW in 2001, Page made his mark in the WWF, debuting in the main event of the Invasion pay-per-view. He captured the WWF European Championship and the WWF World Tag Team Championship before his contract expired in 2002 due to injuries. His tenure in TNA from 2004 to 2005 saw him challenge for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, further solidifying his legacy in professional wrestling.
In 2017, Page was honored with induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, a testament to his status as one of the finest legends in WCW history.
