Dmitri Kondratyev

Dmitri Kondratyev, born on May twenty-fifth, nineteen sixty-nine, is a distinguished retired Russian cosmonaut known for his significant contributions to space exploration.

His journey into the cosmos began in December two thousand ten when he first traveled to space aboard the Soyuz TMA-20 spacecraft. This mission marked the start of an illustrious career that would see him play pivotal roles in various space expeditions.

Kondratyev served as a crew member on the International Space Station during the long-duration mission Expedition 27, where he held the esteemed position of Commander. Additionally, he contributed as a Flight Engineer on Expedition 26, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the demanding environment of space.
