Dmitry Koldun

Dmitry Koldun, born on June eleventh, nineteen eighty-five, is a celebrated Belarusian pop singer, guitarist, pianist, and composer. He first gained widespread recognition through his participation in various Russian television talent shows, most notably winning the sixth season of Fabrika Zvyozd in two thousand six.

His career reached new heights when he represented Belarus at the Eurovision Song Contest in two thousand seven with his captivating performance of 'Work Your Magic.' Koldun's impressive sixth-place finish remains the most successful result for Belarus in the history of the competition.

In addition to his musical achievements, Koldun showcased his versatility by starring as Joaquín in the rock opera 'Звезда и Смерть Хоакина Мурьеты' (The Star and the Death of Joaquín Murety) at the Lenkom Theatre. Following his success on Fabrika Zvyozd and at Eurovision, he quickly became a teen idol in the Russophone world, later evolving into a more mature artist.
