Dorin Recean

Dorin Recean, born on March seventeenth, nineteen seventy-four, is a prominent Moldovan politician, economist, and jurist. He has held significant positions in the government, including serving as the Prime Minister of Moldova from February twenty twenty-three to November twenty twenty-five. In addition to his role as Prime Minister, he has been the Presidential Advisor on Defense and National Security since twenty twenty-two and the Secretary of Moldova's Supreme Security Council.

Before ascending to these high-profile roles, Recean was the Minister of Internal Affairs of Moldova from July twenty twelve to February twenty fifteen. His extensive background in the private sector, particularly in the IT industry, has equipped him with a specialization in data analysis and big data. Furthermore, he has contributed to academia as a lecturer at various universities.

Regarded as a pro-Western figure, Recean is a staunch advocate for Moldova's accession to the European Union.
