Dušan Ivković

Dušan Ivković, born on October twenty-ninth, nineteen forty-three, is a distinguished Serbian basketball figure, celebrated for his dual roles as a player and a coach. His coaching career is particularly notable, having led the senior Serbian national basketball team from two thousand seven to two thousand thirteen, and previously guiding the senior Yugoslavian national basketball team from nineteen eighty-seven to nineteen ninety-five during a transformative period in the region's history.

In addition to his national team responsibilities, Ivković served as the president of the Serbian club BKK Radnički, contributing significantly to the development of basketball in Serbia. His influence on the sport has been recognized internationally, as he was named one of the fifty Greatest EuroLeague Contributors in two thousand eight.
