Earl Eby

Earl Eby, born on November eighteenth, nineteen ninety-four in Aurora, Illinois, was a distinguished American sprinter known for his remarkable achievements in middle-distance running. He made a significant mark in athletics by winning a silver medal in the 800 meters at the 1920 Summer Olympics, showcasing his exceptional talent on an international stage.

Before his Olympic success, Eby demonstrated his prowess at the 1919 Inter-Allied Games, where he clinched the gold medal in the 400 meters and secured a second-place finish in the 800 meters, narrowly missing out to New Zealand's Daniel Mason.
