Ed Hatoum

Ed Hatoum, born on December seventh, nineteen forty-seven, is a distinguished Lebanese-born Canadian former professional ice hockey forward. His journey in the world of hockey began when he moved to Canada in nineteen fifty-six, where he quickly embraced the sport that would define his career.

Hatoum's early playing days saw him don the jersey of the Hamilton Red Wings in junior hockey, showcasing his talent and determination. In nineteen sixty-eight, he made his mark in the National Hockey League by joining the Detroit Red Wings, where he played for three seasons, participating in a total of forty-seven games.

In nineteen seventy, he transitioned to the Vancouver Canucks, further solidifying his presence in the NHL. With the establishment of the World Hockey Association in nineteen seventy-two, Hatoum seized the opportunity to continue his professional career, playing for the Chicago Cougars and the Vancouver Blazers over the next two years, totaling fifty-three games in the WHA.
