Ehrenfried Patzel, born on December second, nineteen fourteen, in Chabařovice, was an Ethnic German football player and referee hailing from Czechoslovakia. His heritage was a blend of cultures, with his mother, Františka, being Czech and his father, Ferdinand, of German descent.
Patzel's football career began with Teplitzer FK, where he showcased his talents from nineteen thirty-two until nineteen thirty-nine. However, the dissolution of the Teplitzer team by the Nazis led him to seek new opportunities. He subsequently played for 1. SV Jena from nineteen thirty-nine to nineteen forty-two, and later joined Offenbacher Kickers, where he remained until nineteen forty-eight.
In addition to his club career, Patzel made his mark on the international stage, representing the Czechoslovak national team in four matches. His notable participation in the nineteen thirty-four FIFA World Cup further solidified his legacy in the world of football.
