Ejegayehu Dibaba

Ejegayehu Dibaba, born on March twenty-first, nineteen eighty-two, is a distinguished Ethiopian long-distance runner known for her remarkable achievements in athletics. She gained international recognition when she clinched the silver medal in the 10,000 metres at the 2004 Athens Olympics, showcasing her exceptional talent on one of the world's biggest stages.

In addition to her Olympic success, Ejegayehu has made her mark at the World Championships in Athletics, where she earned bronze medals in both the 5,000 metres and 10,000 metres events in two thousand five. Her prowess in long-distance running is further highlighted by her gold medals in the 10,000 metres at the Afro-Asian Games and the All-Africa Games in two thousand three.
