Ekaterina Zaharieva

Ekaterina Zaharieva, born on August eighth, nineteen seventy-five, is a prominent Bulgarian politician and legal expert. With a distinguished career in public service, she has made significant contributions to her country and the European Union.

As a member of the GERB party, Zaharieva has held various key positions, including serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs from two thousand seventeen to two thousand twenty-one. Her tenure was marked by a commitment to enhancing Bulgaria's international relations and promoting European integration.

In addition to her role as Foreign Minister, she also served as Deputy Prime Minister during two separate terms, from two thousand thirteen to two thousand fourteen and again from two thousand seventeen to two thousand twenty-one. Her leadership extended to the Ministry of Justice from two thousand fifteen to two thousand seventeen and the Ministry of Regional Development during her earlier terms.
