Élise Turcotte, born on June twenty-sixth, nineteen fifty-seven, is a distinguished Canadian writer whose contributions span poetry, novels, children's literature, and short stories. With a robust academic background, she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in literary studies from the University of Quebec, followed by a doctorate from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Currently residing in Montreal, Élise Turcotte imparts her extensive knowledge of literature as a university teacher at a CEGEP. Her passion for literature is matched by her dedication to nurturing the next generation of writers and scholars.
