Elizabeth Abbott

Elizabeth Abbott, born on March thirteenth, nineteen forty-six, is a distinguished Canadian writer, historian, and passionate animal rights activist. With a rich academic background, she has served as the former dean of women at St. Hilda's College, University of Toronto, and currently holds the position of senior research associate at Trinity College, University of Toronto.

Throughout her career, Abbott has authored numerous books and contributed to a variety of esteemed publications, including The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Ottawa Citizen, The Gazette (Montreal), Quill & Quire, Huffington Post, and London Free Press.
