Emperor Go-Suzaku

Emperor Go-Suzaku, born on December fourteenth in the year one thousand nine, ascended to the throne as the sixty-ninth emperor of Japan. His reign, which lasted from one thousand thirty-six to one thousand forty-five, marked a significant period in the history of the Japanese imperial lineage.

Named in honor of the tenth-century Emperor Suzaku, Go-Suzaku's title incorporates the prefix 'go-', which translates to 'later' in Japanese. This designation has led to his recognition as the 'Later Emperor Suzaku.'
