Era Istrefi, born on July fourth, nineteen ninety-four, is a prominent Kosovo-Albanian singer and songwriter who has captivated audiences worldwide. Raised in the vibrant city of Pristina, she gained international fame with her breakthrough single 'BonBon', which not only achieved commercial success but also made history as the first and only Global number one hit single in Albanian.

Regarded as the most influential Albanian music star to date, Istrefi's impact on the music scene is undeniable. Her talent caught the attention of major record labels, leading her to sign contracts with Sony Music and Ultra Music, further solidifying her place in the global music industry.

In two thousand eighteen, Era showcased her artistry on a grand stage by performing the official song for the FIFA World Cup, alongside renowned artists Nicky Jam and Will Smith, during the closing ceremony in Moscow. Her discography features a mix of songs in both Albanian and English, including hits like 'Shumë Pis', 'Redrum', 'Nuk E Di', and 'Live It Up'.
