Eric M. Lang

Eric M. Lang, a prominent Canadian game designer, embarked on his journey in the gaming industry as a playtester for FASA. His passion for game design led him to independently publish his first game, Mystick, in the year two thousand.

Over the years, Lang has collaborated with several notable publishers, including Fantasy Flight Games, WizKids, and CMON. His innovative contributions to the board game community have earned him recognition, culminating in the prestigious Diana Jones Award in two thousand sixteen.

In March of two thousand seventeen, Lang took on the role of director of game design at CMON, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's game offerings. However, in September of two thousand twenty, he decided to leave CMON to pursue freelance opportunities and engage in activism within the board game industry.
