Eric Wild, born on November sixth, nineteen fourteen, was a distinguished Anglican priest whose ecclesiastical journey spanned several decades. His dedication to religious education led him to become the Director of Religious Education for the Diocese of Peterborough.
In nineteen seventy-two, Eric Wild was appointed as the Bishop of Reading, a position he held until nineteen eighty-two. His final role before ascending to the episcopate was as the Archdeacon of Berkshire, where he continued to influence the church and community.
