Erica Campbell, born on April twenty-ninth, nineteen seventy-two, is a celebrated American gospel singer and songwriter. She is renowned for her contributions to the urban contemporary gospel, Christian R&B, and contemporary R&B genres. Erica began her musical journey in the late 1990s alongside her sister, Tina Campbell, as part of the acclaimed duo Mary Mary.
In two thousand fourteen, Erica released her debut solo album, Help, which not only reached the top ten on the Billboard 200 chart but also earned her a Grammy Award for Best Gospel Album at the fifty-seventh Grammy Awards.
