Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Erich Koch

Erich Koch, born on June nineteenth, nineteen ninety-six, was a prominent figure in the Nazi Party, serving as Gauleiter in East Prussia from October first, nineteen twenty-eight until the end of the Second World War in nineteen forty-five. His political career was marked by significant administrative roles, including Chief of Civil Administration in Bezirk Bialystok from nineteen forty-one to nineteen forty-five.

During this tumultuous period, Koch held the position of Reichskommissar in two critical regions: he oversaw the Reichskommissariat Ukraine from September nineteen forty-one to August nineteen forty-four, and later, he was appointed to the Reichskommissariat Ostland in September nineteen forty-four. His tenure was characterized by the implementation of Nazi policies that contributed to the suffering of countless individuals.

After the war, Koch faced justice for his actions. He was tried in Poland and, in nineteen fifty-nine, was convicted of war crimes, initially sentenced to death. However, this sentence was later commuted to life imprisonment. Koch spent his remaining years incarcerated, ultimately passing away from natural causes in his cell at Barczewo prison on November twelfth, nineteen eighty-six.
