Erika Kirpu

Erika Kirpu, born on June twenty-second, nineteen ninety-two, is a distinguished Estonian épée fencer known for her right-handed technique. Her journey began in Moscow, where she was born to an Estonian father and a Russian mother of Ukrainian descent, blending diverse cultural influences that have shaped her athletic career.

Kirpu has made significant strides in the world of fencing, earning the title of two-time team European champion and a world champion in twenty seventeen. Her prowess on the international stage is further highlighted by her achievements as a two-time Olympian, where she clinched the team Olympic gold medal in twenty twenty-one.

Her Olympic journey includes participation in the twenty sixteen Rio de Janeiro Games and the twenty twenty Tokyo Games, showcasing her dedication and skill in the sport.
