Her journey in competitive skating began with her participation in The World Games two thousand seventeen in Wrocław, Poland, where she showcased her talents in inline speed skating across various distances on both road and track. This experience laid the foundation for her future success in long track speed skating.

Jackson's dedication and skill culminated in her qualification for the 500 meters long track speed skating event at the two thousand eighteen Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. However, it was at the two thousand twenty-two Beijing Winter Olympics that she truly shone, winning the gold medal in the Women's 500m speed skating event on February thirteenth, two thousand twenty-two.
