Ernest Muçi

Ernest Muçi, born on March 19, 2001, is an accomplished Albanian professional footballer who showcases his talents as a forward and attacking midfielder. Currently, he plays for Süper Lig club Trabzonspor, on loan from Beşiktaş, and represents the Albania national team. Renowned for his versatility and technical prowess, Muçi is particularly noted for his ability to score from long distances.

A product of KF Tirana's youth academy, Muçi made his senior debut in 2018, playing a pivotal role in the club's return to the Kategoria Superiore. His contributions were instrumental in securing the club's twenty-fifth league title. In February 2021, he transitioned to Polish side Legia Warsaw, where he enjoyed immediate success, winning the Ekstraklasa in his first season and the Polish Cup in 2023.

After making over one hundred appearances for Legia Warsaw, Muçi made a significant move in February 2024 to Beşiktaş for a club-record transfer fee of ten million euros. His early months with Beşiktaş were marked by triumph, as he helped the team clinch both the Turkish Cup and the Turkish Super Cup. Seeking regular first-team action, he joined Trabzonspor on loan for the 2025–26 season.

On the international stage, Muçi has represented Albania at the under-19 and under-21 levels before making his senior debut at the age of twenty during the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign. He played a key role in Albania's successful Euro 2024 qualifying campaign, contributing to the team's qualification as group leaders and earning a spot in the squad for the finals.
