A product of KF Tirana's youth academy, Muçi made his senior debut in 2018, playing a pivotal role in the club's return to the Kategoria Superiore. In February 2021, he transitioned to Polish side Legia Warsaw, where he enjoyed immediate success, winning the Ekstraklasa in his first season and the Polish Cup in 2023.

After making over one hundred appearances for Legia Warsaw, Muçi made a significant move in February 2024 to Beşiktaş for a club-record transfer fee of ten million euros.
